Michael has spent the last 22 years working in the rural, stock and station and real estate industries in both Yass and Murrumbateman.

Michael’s rural expertise spans over 29 years and he has achieved an unmatched record sale price of $7.5 million for a Yass property. His rural experience was recently recognized by his appointment as a committee member to the Rural Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of NSW.

Michael has extensive experience in marketing all real estate sectors and as an experienced auctioneer can offer his clients a range of selling options. He and his team sell over $30 million worth of residential, rural and commercial real estate each year regularly setting price records. Yass Real Estate holds 30% of the market share; double that of the nearest 4 competitors which is testimony to their professional and modern approach. Michael is also highly respected in marketing large developments within the region and has extensive rural and residential subdivision experience. During Lorraine’s 21 years in Yass she has built up a wide range of business and real estate experience. Lorraine is highly skilled in real estate marketing, sales and auctions. Lorraine has been at the fore front of Yass Real Estate’s marketing and advertising program for the past 7 years and has a strong affinity for design and description. Catherine has worked in office administration, business management and reception for many years both in Yass and Canberra. Catherine’s cheerful manner in dealing with clients ensures our personalised service is guaranteed. Catherine completed her real estate certificate with the REINSW and is a member of the REINSW.

Adrian Carey

Adrian has spent both his life and career in Yass. His extensive knowledge of the district is second to none. Adrian along with his wife Patricia specialise in selling residential properties for Yass Real Estate and you will regularly come across them both conducting open houses. Adrian is highly respected throughout the region and beyond and his life dedication to the rural community saw him earn the Australian fire service medal. Adrian has had an impressive career in client related industries with up to 10 staff working under him. He has extensive business experience and has worked on development projects in Yass Valley Council for many years. Adrian has bought and sold numerous properties in his lifetime.

Since joining Yass Real Estate Adrian has achieved excellent sales results and sells over $10 million worth of residential property each year.

Patricia Carey

Patricia has a diverse background in administration,sales and business management. Patricia owned a real estate and rural hardware business in Queanbeyan before moving back to Yass where she has resided for most of her life. Patricia’s link with Yass and the community goes back to her father owning a grocery store in Yass In the early 50’s.
Patricia has been working in client related industries all her life and understands the importance of providing personalised service to our clients.
Patricia achieved her real estate qualifications with the Real Estate Institute of NSW.

EDWINA BROWN

Edwina has played an active roll within the Yass community both as Pony club member and a NSW qualified instructor. Edwina also runs her own business which has led to her outstanding office skills. Edwina takes a very proffessional approach to all her work at Yass Real Estate and has become a very valuable memeber of the team. Edwina is furthering her real estate qulifications and is currently undertaking studies with the REINSW.

Reshenda O'Mara

Reshenda has worked for Yass Real Estate for 10 years, firstly in administration then was appointed to Property Manager before taking maternity leave. With a young family, Reshenda now works part time assisting both administration and property management. Reshenda has spent her life in Yass and has vast experience in all aspects of the real estate industry.
Reshenda's family have operated the local school bus service in Yass for many years and Reshenda also performs an administration role in the family business.
